Total Presentation Support

We organize your material into effective presentation form. Theme analysis, navigation, impact points, and slide text display is carefully selected and designed to enhance your written text.

We provide you with easy to follow notes to be used during the presentation.   Included in these notes will be: slide cues and your corresponding speech in large, easy to glance text.

You will receive two tested copies (more, if requested) of your presentation on CD.  In addition, we would be happy to upload the presentation directly onto your laptop and verify or install necessary software and settings.

We will include a “presenter on the move” checklist in your presentation folder of all the items you should have with you for your presentation event.  In addition we provide you with information about effective presentation techniques (Hints on voice inflection, body language, movement, room and audience size variables, etc.). These guidelines are always helpful even to the most experienced presenter.

Other options are available at an additional cost that may include:

• Use of projection equipment or the arrangement of equipment at your location.
• Filmed practice sessions for your personal use for critiquing your delivery.
