With presenting it, the process of transforming your written word into an effective presentation event is a collaborative effort which values your input while considering your limited time.
We begin with an initial discussion of your project. Together, we will discuss topic, themes and ideas, timeframe, project management needs, budget, etc. After a small deposit, we begin to review, analyze and outline your paper into presentation form. Recommendations are made for placement of graphics as well as low and high-end animations. A timeline for production is established and a written summary is created for editing and/or approval.
- An agreement for a final contract is reached which includes:
- Total number of slides
- Specific number and placement of graphics and animations
- Project management needs
- Special services
- Final timeline
- Final cost
Presentation design begins with three custom design layouts based on your theme. Discussion and edits are made until final design is approved. Slide design is developed and navigation is finalized. We prepare and send an outline of the presentation which will include for each slide:
- Graphic or movie description
- Text on slide
- Corresponding speech
After edits or requests, alterations are made and final outline is approved. Presentation development is continued and completed. Updates and review are supplied as needed or requested. Presentation is sent for final approval.
Putting It All Together
Once your presentation is complete, we create a client packet for you which will include everything you will need at your presentation site. Your packet will have:
- Tested CDs
- Hardcopy notes for each slide with graphic/animation representation, text on slide and corresponding speech. These notes are for you to use during your presentation.
- A checklist of equipment and materials that may be needed at the site. (We can also provide you with any of these items.) Also included are materials on Effective Presentation Techniques.
Additional Services may include preparing your computer, feedback forms, practice sessions, etc.
